A holistic, full-space plan to support function, flow, and well-being using Feng Shui and environmental psychology.

  • A personalized report based on your home’s layout and location, blending traditional Feng Shui (directions, Flying Stars, 9 Star Ki astrology) with actionable strategies to improve flow, function, and well-being.

    Your experience includes a 1:1 consultation, a custom report, and a video walk-through of your full space.

  • Home readings are based on square footage and begin with a $500 deposit.

    Step 1: Pay Deposit & Share Your Space

    After purchase, you’ll pay the $500 deposit to secure your Home Reading and receive a link to submit photos and floor plans of your space.

    Step 2: Final Pricing & Balance Payment

    Once I review your photos and plans, I’ll confirm the total cost based on your home’s size and complexity. The remaining balance is due before your 1:1 intake session.

    Step 3: 1:1 Intake Session

    We meet virtually for 60 minutes to review your goals, discuss what’s working in your space, and explore what you’d like to change.

    Step 4: Your Full Analysis

    I create a comprehensive digital slide deck (typically 45–60 slides) with Feng Shui recommendations, design suggestions, mood boards, and flow analysis.

    You’ll also receive a recorded video walk-through of your slides to download and review anytime.

  • The process from first contact to final walk-through:

    Step 1: Intake Form 

    A brief questionnaire so I can understand your space, goals, scope, and timeline.

    Step 2: Complimentary Call (30 minutes)

    I'll review your project, clarify goals, and outline next steps. If it's a good fit, we move forward with a retainer and project start date.

    Step 3: Contract + Project Start

    Once the retainer is secured, you’ll receive a contract, we set the communication rhythm, and begin coordination.

    Step 4: Ongoing Oversight + Implementation

    Regular meetings, sourcing support, contractor coordination, and continuous oversight until the project is complete.

    Step 5: Completion + Final Review

    A walk-through (virtual or in-person) to ensure the space reflects the vision, functions as intended, and aligns with your energy and design plan.
